Clarity: Day 10

Congrats and well done, you!!!

Today’s final tipsheet includes a suggestion to move, either trying something new or just go out for a walk.  This hits home for me right now as I have some stuff going on with my body so I’m unable to lift for my workout. So, I’m doing more walks and have been doing much more of yoga (my constant companion).
