My favorite part of Day 1’s tipsheet was: “Patience and kindness are essential to the success of the 10-day cleanse” because honestly patience and kindness with myself anytime is not always there so just that one sentence was a well-timed reminder for me/us to speak kindly to ourselves and allow patience as we seek to improve/make changes in our outlook and bodies.
For Day 2, I’m loving the reminder to stay hydrated along with my fave way to do this: Eat Your Water.
In addition to drinking water (there’s a recipe for making it tasty), fruits and veg give us *structured water* sometimes called H302. In combination with consuming fresh H2O, eating your water will also give us important salts, minerals and plant chemicals essential to our body’s functioning.
