⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Apply your physical blocking SPF at least 15 to 30 mins before you head outside.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Reapply SPF every 2-3 hours and more frequently if you’re sweating or in the water.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Avoid direct sun at peak times when you can (peak = 11am-3pm this time of year). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5. Get your Vitamin D before 11am or noon when you can. Your thighs are a great area to expose; lots of juicy circulation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
