i joined DogTown Crossfit a little over four years ago. i’ve since figured out what an AMRAP is but still don’t understand why 21-15-9 absolutely wrecks me.

i don’t coach it but i can enthusiastically encourage you to check it out for your own fitness! crossfit is essentially some combination of endurance, gymnastic movements and olympic lifting. and, the olympic lifting is my favorite!
